How do I care for my gear?
Care instructions are printed on our products or included separately in the package. The washing and care instructions are also available here.
What currency do you accept?
We take all payments in New Zealand Dollars (NZD), but you can convert USD, GBP and Euros so you don't have to do the conversions yourself. We only accept credit card payments through our payment processor Stripe.
What if an item I recently purchased goes on sale?
If something that you purchased goes on sale within 14 days of purchase, let us know and we will refund the difference (or give you store credit if you prefer). Requests must be made to us within 14 days of purchase date. Any items already discounted are excluded.
Where do you ship and how much does it cost?
We ship to over 200 countries from our home in NZ. For NZ customers we use a local courier (1-3 day delivery) and all shipping is free. For international customers we use DHL Parcel Plus (5-14 day delivery) which is a flat rate of NZ$15. Shipping is free worldwide on all orders over NZ$250.

Where are you located?
Our office is in Christchurch, New Zealand. Only 30 minutes from the ocean, and 1 hour from the mountains, it is the perfect location to put all of our products to the test in our rugged and wild backyard. Feel free to come and say “Hi” if you’re down in this part of the world!
